We understand that sometimes plans change. To cancel or amend a booking please call us via telephone on 01245 257777.

If you need to cancel your booking and you contact us a minimum of 24 hours before your booked timeslot we will offer you a refund via your original payment method.

 

If you do not cancel your booking, or try to cancel less than 24 hours before your booked timeslot, we will not be able to offer a refund. We will however be happy to move your booking to a future date free of charge for you.
